Not appropriate for severe conditions or emergency care.

*Visit fee covers one (1) acute problem or Medication refill for one (1) chronic condition. Additional fees may apply if refill needed for two or more chronic medications.

* Visits available for age 6 and up

* 18 and up for Depression/Anxiety medication refills.
